Pre nekoliko nedelja, počeli smo sa školom, back to school . Već sada, imate sigurno nešto da naučite, a ovo su moji saveti koje ja praktikujem tokom učenja. Pre svega, neophodan vam je prostor za učenje. U mom slučaju je to radni sto, tu se uvek osećam spremnom za novu lekciju i sl. Soba treba da vam bude dobro izluftirana, da ne bude zagušljivo, već da se oseća svež vazduh. Tako ćete pamtiti mnogo brže i jednostavnije. Trebate da imate mali notes kako bi tu zapisivali sve informacije koje vam nastavnici nesvakodnevno govore. Isključiti sve društvene mreže i stišati elektronske uredjaje, kako bi bili skoncentrsani samo na knjigu. Bilo bi poželjno da pravite pauze izmedju učenja, kako vam se mozak ne bi previše umorio. Na upravo takvim pauzama, pojedite nešto zdravo ili popite limunadu, prirodni sok ili šta više vodu. Organizujte se i odredite vreme kad šta trebate da obavite, tako vam neće ponestati vremena...Ako želite da brže pamtite, bilo bi poželjno da pojedete jabuku ili bilo koje drugo voće. Još jedan od dobrih saveta jeste da kada želite da nešto napamet naučite, snimite svoj glas preko telefona,i puštajte glasovni zapis iznova dok ne zapamtite.
